Your body writes its own book. You just have to bother to read it.
Find that understanding and get yourself a healthy body and life. YOUR WAY!
Read it, listen to it, tune into it, develop a friendship with it, notice what makes it feel good, and notice what makes it feel less good.
Your book will be the best book you ever read.

Below are just a few suggestions to help you deeply nourish yourself:

  1. WATER!!!! Drink as much pure water as you can each day
  2. Eat a wholesome diet by making friends with the fruit and veg aisle or try growing your own
  3. JUICE IT: In the Cowshed post your NPY class every Friday and load up with nutrients
  4. Additional to your regular yoga practice try to have regular MASSAGE and ACUPUNCTURE
