Your body writes its own book. You just have to bother to read it.
Find that understanding and get yourself a healthy body and life. YOUR WAY!
Read it, listen to it, tune into it, develop a friendship with it, notice what makes it feel good, and notice what makes it feel less good.
Your book will be the best book you ever read.
Below are just a few suggestions to help you deeply nourish yourself:
- WATER!!!! Drink as much pure water as you can each day
- Eat a wholesome diet by making friends with the fruit and veg aisle or try growing your own
- JUICE IT: In the Cowshed post your NPY class every Friday and load up with nutrients
- Additional to your regular yoga practice try to have regular MASSAGE and ACUPUNCTURE
DON’T THROW AWAY – BRING YOUR OWN CONTAINERS AND REFILL!
We love Mind Body Medical, our local well-being clinic, also working to fight the ward against plastic with an increasing range of dried foods, shampoos and cleaning products ready for you to refill. Another favourite is the Refillery, at Draper’s Yard, in Chichester.
DELICIOUSLY DIVINE FOOD!
Yoga is hard work and once we’ve finished practising, we need the best nourishment from Feed Me Momma. Toni’s meals, juices and sweet treats are all prepared with such love – we even give them to you at the end of our Immerse class on Friday mornings! You deserve it!

I love to wear Sweaty Betty, functionality and fashion at its best and still look great after tons of washes. And the Sweaty Betty Sticky Yoga Mat is awesome!
You’re already interested in Yoga – that’s why you are reading this, if you aren’t already practising, try my 30 minute beginner flow for £5 (Click here) and keep on trying it. One of my favourite things about having a regular yoga practice is knowing that, every time I step on my mat, I’m going to feel better – no matter what.
The gorgeous FRESH FLOWERS in the Cowshed are supplied and arranged by the talented Abi at Albert and Arthur.
